General terms and conditions of business

  • Scope
     These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries from CCG FASHION.
    A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither related to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.
  • Contracting parties
     The purchase agreement is concluded between CCG Fashion, owner: Charlotte-Christin Guder, Bruchsaler Str. 3, 10715 Berlin and the customer who purchases via the online shop www.ccgfashion.com.
  • Conclusion of contract
    • The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but merely an invitation to place an order.
    • By clicking the [Buy/Order with obligation to pay] button, you are placing a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase agreement is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email immediately after receiving your order.
  • Right of withdrawal
    • If you are a consumer (i.e., a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial or self-employed professional activity), you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.
    • If you, as a consumer, exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with section 4.1, you shall bear the regular costs of the return shipment.
    • Furthermore, the regulations governing the right of withdrawal are detailed below.

      Cancellation policy¹

      Right of withdrawal

      You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
      The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

      To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us [insert name of trader, address, telephone number and email address] of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory. You can also electronically fill in and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear statement on our website (insert website address). If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal (e.g. by email).

      To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

      Consequences of the revocation

      If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

      You must return or hand over the goods to us or to (insert the name and address of the person authorized by you to receive the goods, if applicable) without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

      You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

      You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

  • Prices and shipping costs
    • The prices listed on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.
    • We do not charge shipping costs for deliveries within Germany. Shipping costs will be clearly displayed on the product pages, in the shopping cart, and on the order page.
  • Delivery
    • Delivery is only available within Germany via DHL.
    • Delivery takes between 3 and 5 days. Any differing delivery times will be indicated on the respective product page.
  • payment
    • Payment can be made either by prepayment or cash on delivery.
    • If you select prepayment as your payment method, we will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
  • Retention of title
    • The goods remain our property until full payment is received.
  • Dispute resolution
    • The European Commission has established an online platform for dispute resolution. This platform serves as a point of contact for the out-of-court settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online sales contracts.
